One very distinctive trait of the victim was the beautiful floral tattoo designs on her left arm, something that set her apart from the others. The Seaside Shark only seemed to prey after innocent and untouched girls, while this victim was older, prettier, and definitely more experience.  She was a local at the bar he stalked her at, following her home one night as she walked home alone on the warm summer night.
