If time is money then making sure that you use your time productively is important. This concept is very important to all business owners. One can easily become consumed by administrative tasks when a better allocation of time is to dedicate that time to working on initiatives to grow the business. When a friend suggested I spend more time working on my business instead of in it, it made perfect sense.
