I have eight salesmen working for me in various parts of the state.  For awhile we were having them generate their own sales letters but that did not work out well.  For one thing they were spending too much time writing letters and not enough time selling.  And for the other thing there was no quality control over what was going out on our letterhead.   After we got the sales letter generator and started producing the letters in the head office things changed.  My assistant could prepare one master letter from the generator and then we could send it out to each of the sales reps to use.
