I work in the cafeteria at a local hospital. I prepare food for the patients, the staff members, and the visitors. I am the head cook, adn I have several employees that I am in charge of. Patients in a hospital are sick as it is. I do not want them to become ill because of the food that I am preparing for them. I give food safety and hygiene handouts to all of our new employees. I want to be sure that they understand the improtance of hygiene and the proper handling and preparation methods of foods.
