The New Kid on the Block
Since I am lauching my new computer software company, I decided to attend a technology trade show. At this point, I am still trying to get things off the ground, so to speak, and I do not have a large marketing budget. I have a small stand that I usually set up to hold my brochures. The banner overhead advertises my phone number, website, and other contact information. When I arrived at the show, I realized that I was totally outclassed. Many of the vendors had big, fancy portable modular exhibition stands. Man! My stand was pretty easy to miss! Luckily I did pick up a couple of leads, so I’m on my way to becoming well established. Once I get there, I am going to buy one of those fancy stands for myself!
