There are so many forms and other websites out there that provide LLC operating agreement forms for limited liability companies.  However, I was looking to find a document that specifically applied to just a single member, a single member llc operating agreement.

After all, I have heard from many that there are unique matters to consider when you have just one owner and that a lot of the provisions in a standard form are not even applicable when you do not have multiple members to accommodate. There is this one site, The LLC Expert.com that offers a single member LLC operating agreement package that seems to provide what I am looking for.  Still, it is surprising there is not much out there.
