So how these forums protect us, and how does one choose the posts which will help you to decide on investing or not?

Monitor posts are usually paid posts, so I consider they have lower value than the real investor’s posts thus you must check carefully the posts before investing. If a majority of posts in a thread say the program is scam, just ignore it and invest in another program.
