Finger Food

I sometimes have this problem on looking for some food to nibble. I’m a teenager and I sometimes feel that I should snack on something. I ate a lot of chips and junk food because they were crunchy and filling. My mom saw this habit of mine and started to pack me lunches and snacks with a lot of fruit and cut raw veggies in it. I enjoyed the salads and the herby dressings that went with it. It was a good thing my mom knew the caveman diet from her other friends. Every time I snack, I know that I am eating something that is crunchy, filling and good for my body.
