I grew up in a family that had problems with constipation.  My father, my mother’s father and uncles, and as a child, I thought that was so funny;  I just needed to have a glass of orange Juice to keep me regular.  My grandfather spent his days either trying to stave off a bout with constipation or was working to eliminate constipation.  We needed to be quiet and be kind when he was suffering from constipation.  And after I got married, I discovered that my husband as well as my mother-in-law also suffered from it.  I am so glad I use a colon cleanser such as Bromalite Colon Cleanse.  I am trying to make sure I am not one of the many with problems with constipation
