Fat loss and sleeping

When it comes to loosing weight it is too bad that there is not a series of exercises that I could do in my sleep.  That way I would not have to waste valuable daytime hours and could still maintain a boyish figure.    In the book Burn the Fat,  Feed the Muscle the author tells about foods you can eat that burn fat.  If I understand this correctly if I eat the correct foods they should continue to work even after I Have gone to bed.  To carry this one step further they are then causing me to loose weight and build muscle while I am asleep.
