How To Be Happy Today
Consider the notion of medical school, or music lessons, or basic military training, or the police or fire academy - or even the directions on a package of microwave popcorn; information is essential, and the more complicated a particular goal, the more time and energy you must invest in the thought process, or preparation process, to learn how to be happy. If you look for the good in every day, you usually find happiness. That is all well and good, but a huge portion of us get disappointed when days, weeks, months or even years later of visualizing and affirming every day, we don’t get what we want.
