How to Get More Physically Fit

When we were young, it seemed much easier to get our daily requirement of physical activity- we’d walk to school, ride our bikes, and play for hours each day- sometimes, even forgetting to eat. As adults, it is just as necessary that we get more physically fit, but it seems harder to do.

With the demands of full time work, being parents, spouses, and all the stress we experience, it’s easy to forget that physical activity (especially aerobic exercise) is one of the best ways to reduce anxiety, calm our nerves, and make ourselves feel good. Physical fitness doesn’t cost a lot, but the benefits are priceless.
