What is sleep deprivation?

Today, I am going to answer the question of what is sleep deprivation.  Sleep deprivation happens whenever you are not getting the sleep you need.  Most people need 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.  Some people need more, some need less, but 7 to 8 is a general rule.  Sleep deprivation has a number of negative effects.  It can make it very hard to drive a car, and has the same effects of drinking alcohol and getting behind the wheel.  Actually, in some cases, it can be even worse.  You should look at the book Stop Insomnia to get more sleep.
