We Take Care of the Little Things
There can be a lot of things to think about when you get into the business of buying older homes with the intent to rent them out. We try to find the ones that have the best structure, so that repairs are fairly basic. One of the things that we do a lot is waterproofing basement walls. This is really a simple fix that doesn’t cost too much money, but increases the comfort and value of our homes. When things are more tight, it is less likely that we’ll have a maintenance or pest problem, and that makes our life much easier.
