Two Choices Are Better Than One
I am in charge of contracting with an apartment marketing company. Our apartment community is not very large. We try to save money whenever possible especially in today’s economy. The Property Marketing Gurus have two plan options. We were not ready to go with the enhanced version because we wanted to test out the company first. We also did not want a large commitment in terms of a contract or cost. The basic version was perfect for our needs and has already produced results. I don’t think we are going to need the enhanced version anytime soon, but it’s nice to know it’s there just in case we do one day.
