Banking without having to worry about Chexsystems
Does that sound strange to you? non chexsystems banks?
It sounded totally odd to me at first too, until I came to the understanding that it’s actually true. According to the numbers 80% of banks in the U.S. use Chexsystems which leaves about 20% of banks or so that are totally Chex free…and every year that list of non Chex banks grows larger and larger as they change their systems.
That are so many banks that are more than likely right in your local area that have nothing to do with Chexsystems, which leaves you free to open up a totally free checking account with a real FDIC insured bank. That’s a big deal and great news! You just have to know where and how to find them properly…;)
