Stay Hydrated When You Are Active
One really important piece of advice, which should be common knowledge but is often forgotten by people, is that you must stay hydrated and drink plenty of water when participating in outdoor sports. Especially when hiking, biking, canoeing or any number of activities that might take you away from the beaten path for hours at a time.
I advise you to use a water bottle purifier that is reusable. A set of filters can last up to six months. This is the cheapest and most convenient way to turn tap water into clean, pure drinking water. A plastic bottle is also light-weight and easy to carry, whether you are hiking with a backpack or cycling, skiing or boating.
Just remember never to be without water when you’re outdoors and active.
