Always try to use a good guide.
There is a reason people use paladin leveling guides they were created to help players of any experience to level their class at the most efficient and best way. I personally have tried leveling many classes without knowing anything about them and I always seem to fail at it. Of course when you read a guide it will tell you exactly how and when to do the who what when and where. Paladins of course are one of the most strongest leveling classes in the game as they can do massive amounts of damage while also being able to heal themselves.
